To ensure that we charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to send the products to you directly from the supplier. This way we can save enormously on storage, transport and packaging costs and we can offer you the products for a fair price.

Because we ship the products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 7 - 30 working days.

We take care of the shipping costs of each order at our own expense. All our products are delivered 100% FREE to your home. No minimum order quantity is required.

If you have placed an order with us, you can follow it within a few days via your track & trace.

Return and exchange policy
You may return items within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by submitting your return by e-mail.

You can only return items if:
- the article can be sold complete, undamaged and as new.
- it is in the – as far as possible – original condition and in the original packaging.

Status of return or exchange shipment
As soon as we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will immediately start working on it. You will receive an e-mail within 48 hours with the desired solution. The return amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days or the items you want to exchange will be sent immediately.

Refund
If you have returned your order to us, you would of course want to know how and when we will make the refund? When you have returned part of the order or exchanged it for another product and receive part of the amount back, we will transfer the money to the account number that is known to us.
